13" mid-2010 model. Running latest firmware and Mac OS X, meaning that I can theoretically upgrade to 16GB of RAM.

History

January 2014: Upgrading to 500GB SSD (Samsung 840EVO recommended by The Wirecutter) and 16GB of RAM (see this article on upgrading RAM).
