Thought about purchasing a [[ScanSnap S1300]], but decided to go with the [[Brother MFC-9970CDW]] instead. May still want to get the S1300 for portability in the future, but that's not critical right now.

The pick and pads wear out over time, which causes the feeder to stop separating pages. Replacing them costs between $15-25.

Thought about purchasing a ScanSnap S1300, but decided to go with the Brother MFC-9970CDW instead. May still want to get the S1300 for portability in the future, but that's not critical right now.
